Privacy

This page covers eightyfive.se only. Each Eightyfive product has its own privacy policy on its own site.

What this site collects

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. It has no forms and no accounts, and everything on the page is served from this site, so reading it does not make your browser contact any other company.

Server logs

To deliver a page, the server and the network in front of it see your IP address and the request, and may keep them briefly in technical logs. The logs exist to keep the site running and secure, which is our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and are handled by our hosting provider on our behalf. They are not used to identify, track or profile anyone.

Email

If you write to us, we use your address and message to reply, which is our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep the correspondence for as long as that takes, or longer where Swedish law requires it, such as bookkeeping records (a legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)). Our email is handled by Google Workspace, which may process it outside the EU under the safeguards the GDPR provides for such transfers.

Your rights

Eightyfive AB (org.nr 556860-2634) is responsible for personal data processed through this site. You have the right to ask what we hold about you, and to have it corrected, deleted or its use restricted. Write to andreas@eightyfive.se.

Where we rely on our legitimate interest, you also have the right to object to that processing at any time.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
